148 Lincoln Road is an architecturally designed development situated on Lincoln Road in the heart of Henderson – a fantastic location with easy access to the motorway and close to local amenities.

Construction: This project consists of 11 units of terraced houses as well as a commercial area. The structural wall of the commercial retail is blockwall with a timber fire-rated midfloor system. The engineers designed a Type 3 interconnected fire alarm system as active fire protection to comply with the code requirement.
